We currently ship only within Germany and selected countries of the European Union.
Shipping to Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States, or other countries outside the European Union is currently not available.
Taxes & Duties
For orders within Germany and the European Union, no additional customs duties are usually charged to the customer.
Since we currently do not ship outside the European Union, no non-EU import duties or customs fees are charged at checkout.
Returns
Return Period
You may return your order within 14 days after receiving it.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from odours, and in perfect condition. Tags and original packaging should be included where possible.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For returns created through our returns portal, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Return shipping fee:
Germany: €6,19
European Union: €14.90
The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method once your return has arrived and has been inspected.
Refunds
Once your return has arrived and has been inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.
